Closing Day!
Once the Loan has been approved, the lender has sent the Closing Disclosure to the buyer to review and you have done a final walk through, you are ready to close on your new Home!
The closing process will take a little longer for buyer than seller due financial paperwork, but once everything is done, you should receive the keys to your new home along with anything else the sellers needed to provide.
The Buyer will need to make sure they bring the following the closing:
1. I.D. of all parties that need to sign.
2. Power of Attorney, if signing for someone else.
3. Cashier's check for amount due for down payment
4. Any other documents requested by the closing office.
