  Once you are pre-approved, you'll want to get a letter stating so from the mortgage company, Bank or Credit Union so you have something in writing for me, Your REALTOR and to pass along to the seller's agent once an offer is submitted..   After getting pre-approved it's time to focus on finding something you like and can afford

      Contact me to begin your search and will save you a lot of gas money and time wasted on national websites with non-updated listings...

       As Your REALTOR i can narrow down your search to very specific information about what you want in a home, be it Location, Size, Number of Bedrooms, Lot size, Amenities, Area School District and so on...
 
      You'll be notified IMMEDIATELY if something becomes available under your criteria, before it even reaches most national websites.

      Once you have found a home or homes you like enough to see in person,  I will arrange a time to view them..  

      As a Licensed REALTOR, I can show you ANY Home listed on the market by ANY company.


    When buying a home it doesn't cost you anything to use a REALTOR.
    
Their guidance and advice will make sure the process runs smooth and they can usually resolve any issues with the seller that may come up along the way.
  They will also protect you by making sure the contract does not put you in a situation you weren't aware of or can get out of if something happens with the inspection or loan process.
