Making an Offer/Reaching an Agreement
When making an offer on a new home, as your REALTOR i will go over all the details of the offer and usually recommend a price to offer based on current market value of the homes with similar details in the same area. Once all this is done and the offer is submitted, the buyer and REALTOR will wait for a response from the seller and depending on if it is accepted, rejected or countered, will proceed from there.
For more details about this part, contact me with your questions.
1. If the offer is accepted, your ready for the next step.
2. If your offer is rejected, don't be discouraged as this could happen for any number of reasons..
3. If your offer is countered, you and your REALTOR will decide if you want to accept it or counter or reject it based on how you feel about it.

Once the offer is accepted or an agreement is reached between the parties, the Home will officially go under contract if all signatures and documents are in place.
